Pet Policy
We are pet friendly! You are more than welcome to make Dogwood Creek home for you and your pet. We have no weight limit for furry friends, but there are breed restrictions. There is a $300 Pet Fee (non-refundable)for pets under 25 lbs and $400 Pet Fee for pets over 25 lbs, plus an additional $20 per month per pet. Pet areas are behind every building!
