Dogwood Creek loves your furry friends! Our community has no weight limit for furry friends. We have a $300 Pet Fee (non-refundable) for 1 pet and $500 Pet Fee for 2 pets, plus an additional $20 per month per pet. Our restricted breed list includes American Pit Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers,  American Staffordshires, American Bulldog, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Great Danes, St Bernards, Akitas, Presa Canario's, Wolf hybrids or any mixture of these breeds. Breed restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
