The grounds are nice, and the leasing office staff has been wonderful to work with- especially Joey We like the layout of our apartment, and the huge closets are awesome. So far, so good

submitted by Rachial A. - |Recommended: NoComplaints not fixed — I have called over night during the day on weekends of my downstairs neighbors blasting there music entertainment center extremely loud Monday through Sunday every night while I have kids that go to school but can’t sleep because it’s loud I called the number for officer several times and left message and I don’t get a call back nor does he come Called office just to be told they will fix it Guess what it’s not fixed I’m 5 months pregnant snd I can’t sleep nor my kids because of this. Fix the PROBLEM

submitted by Anna T. - |Recommended: NoMediocre — Noise level between apartments is horrible. Noise lights from Houston Levee are terrible at night. Continued roach infestation despite pest control and roach bombs. Appliances frequently need to be fixed. Price is not worth the amenities. Can't wait to move out.

It is spacious which is great Overall apartments and appliances in them are old, which makes living here harder, especially the old electric stove. The materials used flooring, wall paint, etc. is very cheap and falls apart easily. The walls are fairly thin, and the floors are uneven and squeaky in some places I feel bad for our downstairs neighbors . Our floorpan specifically lacks closet storage - there is no linens closet, and the master bathroom is tiny. The staff is wonderful, and will do their absolute best to help. You can tell, however, the apartments are run by a big management company and decisions are made from the top.

With Dogwood Creek being built in 1997, our appliances are unfortunately going to be more aged. Regarding your concern on space throughout the apartment, each floorplan has something different to offer. We are unhappy to learn the apartment you moved into does not meet your standards, there is always the option to transfer into something more suitable for you! submitted by Lauren R. - |Recommended: YesReview — It is a descent apartment but could improve in some areas. You can feel pretty safe here. It is a very quiet complex. I would reccomend these apartments for someone that is looking for a safe and reasonable place to live at.

submitted by James M. - |Recommended: NoThe Property Staff — Find another place to live...They didn't follow up on the paper that I filled out on move-in. It took a few months to do simple things like Window Screens, Touch up on the paint because they painted around the the the shower bracket when it was obvious the bracket was too low. The Office Staff wanted me to fix it. My Apartment was flooded because they didn't hook up the external water. They just let it dangle so the Property Office had a firm come out and wet-vac it for 3 days. I complained that a window came down too fast and it needed a catch. They sent out a maintenance crew 2 times before they figured out that a professional needed to fix it. And now telling me they sent out a notice December 17th, 2020 that they were shutting down their online portal which I checked and they did not send out a notice. So my online payment was accepted but sent to a another account. They want me to correct this. I guess they finally found the money but it was 20.88 short because they made an error and I got charged a service fee twice. I like the apartment and the Maintenance Staff. It is the Property Staff that I have a problem with.
