|Recommended: YesHands Down The Best Apartment Complex In The Collierville Germantown Area. — This has been by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. There is no noise whatsoever and the parking is plentiful. The manager and staff are accommodating and friendly. There is quite literally nothing bad I could say about this place

|Recommended: YesA Proper Residence — Close proximity access to nature ie trails, parks , including the four ponds on the apartment’s property.
Staff are extremely experienced and able to personally help with requests I have. All are professional, courtesy and prompt in their responses.
Grounds are well maintained and amenities such as the gym and pool are extremely clean and well-maintained.
The remodeled units are a great option and worth considering when reviewing rental unit options.
Finally, the online portal used to pay rent, contact staff, etc is easy to use and is built out to serve as a comprehensive tool. Though it is “cold” software, the level of service from staff is not lost.
There are many great things to be said of Dogwood Creek Apartments and I very much appreciate and am grateful for those who make it wonderful to live here.

My apartment was fixed up very well and they will work out any problem with you step by step if needed. Ms. Katie even gave me a list of shops around the area since I was new to the area, which I thought was very kind. I feel that I can call this place home already.
