|Recommended: YesI have loved living at Dogwood Creek Apartments. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance staff works to close any work orders ASAP are very nice, and the office staff always is so helpful- especially Joey Brittany has also been a great addition to the office staff We have fantastic ponds that house ducks and geese all year, and we are able to fish is a couple of them. They recently added a dog park that my dog and I have been thoroughly enjoying.

|Recommended: YesLived Here Twice — I've lived here twice over the course of 7 years with one of those years being out of the complex. I came back for a reason. The office staff, maintenance team, pricing, floor plan options and amenities are what make this place great I recommend anyone to live here that wants to be in a clean, safe apt neighborhood without the skyrocket prices of Collierville. Two thumbs up

|Recommended: YesNew Move In — Other than the air not working when I moved in, everything has gone smoothly. Even though the air wasn't working, maintenance worked quickly to keep me comfortable over the weekend until a work order could be entered.

Through the years I have been blessed with good management and good neighbors. |Recommended: YesGood Value — This apartment has most things I need. I especially want to call out Savannah, who is fairly new and a great addition to the staff. She was very attentive to a safety concern and helped resolve the issue appropriately. Pros - the apartments are very sound proof IMO and I feel safe here. I love the duck ponds. The maintenance staff is nice. Cons - We will miss the tennis court but I think we were one of the only ones who used it . Some of the finishings are sub par inside - the counter finish, wall paint and trim works, and we need a few more security cameras to add to safety. I wish our apartment had a balcony or porch - many do, but not all.

|Recommended: YesDogwood Is A Nice Place To Live. — I enjoy my apartment and the area, love the lakes and landscape, friendly neighbors, and quiet all the time. My apartment needed a few repairs with the appliances, and it was poorly cleaned and painted when I moved in, but they took care of it. Maintenance is rather slow and sloppy, but everything else other than maintenance I am happy with. The staff is are professional and kind. Dogwood is a nice place to live.
